I've gave it a shot . it's realy amazing . They tried to reproduce the surround sound for headphones . But for a surround sound in general you need at least a 5.1 surround system because the surround tracks are made with multichannel tracks and if you want to feel that spatial sound you need a multichannel sound system
. This guys broke this law
with some simply panning , volume fading and some vst plugins
