Vanilla, Sonny, Allie, Sammy, Raven, Lia, etc. are excellent examples of girls who have their own sites who are respected in the industry. But being "content" doesn't automatically get you praise just because content makes the adult world go 'round. Being a helpful part of the community earns brownie points, and I haven't seen Jane do much more than pick fights
