Oh please. If you are doing things legally you will NEVER have anything to worry about. Show logs, IPs, dates and times (like any true opt-in) and no ISP on the planet will hassle you. One complaint from your mailing lists bugs you? 80 spam emails a day bugs me.
Ralsky mails from dialups and still says he pushes millions of sends a day (just like every other spammer). If all the spammers spammed what they claimed they spammed every person on the planet would get about 10 pieces of mail per day, regardless of whether they had an email account or not.
No idea whether this thread erupted from another (just woke up) but guys like this have become the punching bags for angry sysadmins who have to deal with spammers all day long.
