just wake up and feel a horrible pain on my back.I was unable to move and simply fall back to my bed.So I picked up the phone and called the ambullance.
Was told that have blocked back muscles ...so I am sitting here can not turn the head adn feeling like a criple myself
Also was told that it happen to old and tired guys very often
