I love this study.....I support and always have supported the legalization on Marijuana.......Think about it, a stoned person drives slightly slower looking for the nearest fast food restaurant and if they did hit you (at their slower speed) You might hear then saying something like "Dude, I'll fix it for a bag of Doritos and a Pepsi..."
I'll take a stoned driver any day of the week over a drunk driver.
