ryan totally bailed and fucked us on a job that we paid him half up front on...he won't answer calls, emails or icq now

the ONLY reason I am even trying to get him through you is because we are at our wits end and trying anything to get him to write or call us back.....he started this job and we need it finished....do you know him well enough to kick him in the ass?
