Any other suggestions? (from anyone)
I'm more into action stories, so in fiction, I like Robert Ludlum. I'd recommend the Jason Bourne series, which is The Bourne Identity, the Bourne Supremacy, and the Bourne Ultimatum. A very good series.

Non-fiction, I kinda enjoyed reading a few books by some former SAS guys.
CQB by Mike Curtis was very good
Bravo Two Zero by Andy McNabb is also very good, especially because it deals with a mission that happened in Desert Storm, where some of his mates did not make it back. A very interesting historical read.
