I NEED HELP! With My Paysite..

Well I started a side project from my day job ( Hentai ) and I'm looking for ways to get more traffic to the site. Right now I'm paying out $500 a month for a TGP/MGP submitter. So that's the only traffic I have going to the site. What's the best way to get more traffic to the site at this point? Should I hire another submitter? buy traffic? Banner ADs? any feedback would be great. Thx for your time guys.
