That's really scary. It'd be really hard to stop perverted guys from groping your back-breasts... Maybe you could make your hair cover them... ... And you'd need a custom, two-sided bra... So much to think about..
On a serious note, if you truly want bigger breasts (and I only think women of a certain size should be allowed to increase their size, if they don't have much - for their self-esteem), then the risks involved/possible damage, as well as the scars that get left are really the main things to think about... From pictures I've seen of you, there's nothing wrong with you. There's nothing wrong with most girls, they just perceive themselves/feel that there is something wrong... Of course I know if I were a women I'd want nice size tits in proportion to my body.. and I'd look damn sexy too.
