Again, it would be highly doubtful (no, impossible) that the company ceded their rights to their content and put it in the public domain.
Knowingly facilitating the distribution of this material, even if they don't host the files, well... I don't know where that stands legally, but it is time for the copyright holders to stand up and ask the question, because this is getting way out of hand.
