Everyone misses the point. There is no reason to play whack-a-mole with them, because that isn't the point here. The issues are income, money, and traffic.
The DMCA against the torrent site really is just a ruse. They won't do anything, and it isn't important.
However, the idea here is to get AFF (and other companies, I found GGW all over a site today, funny, because pretty much all of thier content was on there for free) to stop sponsoring and stop paying these torrent sites.
Further, it would be to encourage Google to remove the torrent sites from the SERPs, because more and more often, they are dominating the serps because of massive cross linking and cross referencing from torrent site to torrent site. Besides everything else, these sites are now starting to take up more and more porn traffic, turning potential buyers into torrent sucking freeloaders.
Sticking a legal broom up AFF's ass is a good place to start. Actively asking GFY (and other adult boards) to stop taking the bros' money would be another.
