one way to get back at them: signup for their newsletter or whatever it is they send in the mail with a yahoo, hotmail, aol and gmail account. Then report them all as junk mail.
If you do this enough times with different email addresses, they will eventually get blacklisted, and they'll lose tons of money.
Yes, it will take time to get it done, but if you are so pissed at them, may be you can use that energy for that...
