Not to my knowledge he doesn't. What the screencap is illustrating is Jay's links on his own site being hijacked by a zango infected PC where that zango ad spot was "cordially brought to you by Cams.Com"
While Jay has a penchant for the extreme behaviour, he doesn't come across to me as being someone who would steal! He's madder than a shit fly at a cow ranch, but he's not a thief ....
