damn someone sounds pissy.
Think about what you are saying and how stupid it is.
First of all the model would only be able to deduct a portion of her house rent (like25%) for business purposes, while melissa will be able to deduct 100% of the cost of rent because it is a true business expense for her.
How many other write off's is she missing? The model works from home so she can't write off the car she is using, Melissa can write it off. What else? internet connection? How many other things could the model write off in the first place???
You bitch that the girl wont have tax deducations, what would you rather live expense free and save say $2,000 a month or pay for your own expenses and get to deduct 30% of $2,000 a month. Assuming all of her living expenses are deductible in the first place.
You couldn't jusrt say good luck or good deal, no you try to find something negative about someone living expensive free.
You also make the idea sound like shit because you said " it isn't a lot of money for all that work" etc... When you factor in free living expenses, including car and rent, I bet it comes out to more like 10K a month. I am sure there is tons of potential girls out there that make more than 120K a year and would be insulted by that deal
