you must have sites or at least a domain name. You could offer that as a
security deposit till you have paid back the 500 pesos.
Or alternatively having years experience you must have at least 1 other skill
than posting on public message boards which you could use to get $500 bucks
in exchange for somekind of work. I bet you even wouldn't have to
worry about paying back that way.
If despite these suggestions you're still stuck. You could always email
NotSoLegendaryLarsAnymore and sell him your sig for a year. Lars is running
a little low on friends currently here on GFY so he'll be defenitely interested
in buying a new friend for a little zango change.
Normally I chargefor consulting people but since I've made a sarcastic
