Fellas, doing this the above the board legal way isn't going to get us where we are trying to go.
I hate to have to use yuppie speak to break it to you but we have to think "Outside the box" on this one.
The routine legal way isn't getting the music and movie business any closer to a resolution. They have the exact same problems... but porn has it worse than anyone.
This issue is going to kill this biz by 2010.
It's time to fight like our lives depend on it. Whatever is necessary is what should be done.
I'm not saying to break laws, but understand that the DMCA offers no protection and serving take down notices doesn't help either (Viacom vs. YouTube case pending).
