From what I understand, anything under 30 grams is a fine, and not a charge.
Anything over 30 grams is a criminal charge.
And THAT is the bottom line.
Pot in Canada will not be made legal. Decriminalization and legalization are very different. Don't push your luck.
I don't think I would want to be caught with more then 30 grams. Then you are getting into trafficing....
