Do you really expect us to beleive you ran an operation by yourself ? Judging from your posting you are either a freak or a stupid guy doing a lot of coke.
And the way you're handling all this on the boards, AFTER your partner/boss told him it was allright, is very stupid. Read what he said carefully, in theses couple lines, it's pretty clear that he's saying he did nothing wrong.
If your partner/boss made a deal that you didn't agree on, it's not his problem. You talk to your partner/boss and settle it, and has HIM talk to the guy about it. Sounds like you guys are having communication problems.
