Whatever submit tool you choose to use, build a custom database. There is no 'magical database' that works for everyone. Use the database provided to get you started, but over time, you want to develop your own.
All a submit tool is designed to do is to assist you with submitting, keeping everything organized and making the process of submitting easier, less time consuming. That's it. It is up to you to build galleries that will be considered for listing. It is up to you to build galleries that will entice the surfer to click to your sponsor. It is up to you to know which sites to submit to that work for you.
Too many people are under the impression that they buy whatever submit tool appeals to them, use the tool, use the default database, and BINGO!, they struck gold. It just simply doesn't work that way.
