We already have Projects in the works to determine once and for all if there's ice water on the moon, because if there is, that'd mean we can settle there - in order to run more lunar-geological research and use it as a jumping point to other destinations in our solar system.
I feel like I'm repeating myself today though. Why can't people just post in the threads that inspire them instread of feeling like they have to start of a new thread of their own?

PLANNING to go back. Sure. But that's still at LEAST 10 years away and a lot can happen in that time. When the ship's built and they're orbiting the moon again, I'll believe they're going back. Until then, I have serious doubts.
