Just in case you're too dumb to realise it, Iraq was in a war with a Iran, a war where the US supported Iraq. Yes, they supported that evil dictator Saddam. Yes, gas was used against Iran, in a wartime situation and yes, gas was used against the kurds in the same wartime situation because many of them had conspired with the Iranians against the Iraqi state and that qualifies as treason. Many countries, yours included, consider the penalty for treason to be death.
