AWE is popular becouse they convert better than most camsites, even with a 2 weeks cookie sistem people are making a lot of money .
After 2 weeks the member is back in the members pool and he could visit LJ , MyCams etc from another webmaster site , this way many webmaster could make money out of the same member .
It's very hard to make members return to your site every 2 weeks , in most cases after 2 weeks the member is "lost" and many will dump awe and go to a lifetime revshare site and hope for the same conversion rate as they had before .
Webmasters can choose if they want to make 2K per period with awe and then no more income from the previous members or make $200 every period for life ( life means 1 to 3 years in most cases in camsites term ).
I dont like awe have cookie set to expire after 2 weeks but what can i say ? awe converts great so i promote them
