He has cheated Russian webmasters and treated them badly. Firstly, he spent all the money, which had been collected by Russian webmasters for the family of dead webmaster, and hasn’t returned it yet. It popped up in a year and after the armtwisting he promised to return the money to the family the next week. At least he’s disappeared and nobody has heart anything about him for 2 months.
