I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one.

If she is going for the slutty look, then she hit the nail right on the head, otherwise she looks like a train wreck waiting to happen. I say she is trying way too hard get noticed, and I guess if that was her goal she accomplished it because I've seen this picture an awful lot before.
