I emailed him last week, got response within 2 minutes (on two occasions)... i never expect such quick response - id be grateful even if i got response within 5 hours from other companies.

Michael is limited....at the moment he can't do a @#$!@#$!@# thing for me. Epassporte cancelled my electron card 5 or 6 weeks ago because they believed it might have been "compromised" and said they would mail me out another one right away, I just needed to confirm my address, which I did within 10 minute of the request. After 3 weeks of bitching about no card received Michael informed me that the reason I did not have my card was because I failed to confirm my address as requested and if I gave him my address he would have the card sent out that day. When I pasted him the internal epassporte email showing I did confirm my address, he then told me that my card had actually gone out the week before and the delay in sending was caused by a delay in receiving the card.
When it still didn't arrive after another week I again bitched....and I was told that I should be patient. Well, still not here yet....and meanwhile I have a good deal of money sitting in that account with no way to withdraw it.
