Its simple. Notice how the audio level on the guy's voice never changes. We always hear him loud and clear. That means he has a wireless lavalier mic on him.
If it had been microphones on the security cams, when he would be moving around, he'd be popping in and out of the recording fields of each cam.
And the end tackle was really nice, but still a stunt
