yeah so it looks like he was convicted on the grounds of indecent images in previews and over the top content many probbaly didnt wish to see! therefore yes hes in the wrong, even more so under british law!

But why does the media have to potray it like this? anybody reading that guardian article would presume all interent porn is against the law!

Rogue webmasters give us a bad name, the media give us a worse one!
