I think most of your consumers will think the same way, as a lot of very straight sites, with very straight products, are sticking gay tours on them to try to make sales. The gay consumer is getting smart to that.
Having articles relevant to gays only will show that homosexuals are the true focus of the site, and will give the site a much more credible feel I think.

Yes I agree on the articles should be gay for sure as well as the voting poll, online store items, etc...
I will bring up your point about only showing gay content in the magazine (posted by gay members) again and see what gets decided.
