When service Roast Biker.... how long do they have to ride in the Arizona heat till done?

Christ, this is my first summer out here in the 12 years I have lived here on 2 wheels. I was out yesterday to check the mail at the PO Box and the wind hitting me was hotter than our blow dryer.

So, knowing how the convection ovens work with hot air... when it's 110 degrees out, and you are being blasted with 45-50 mph wind... how long will it take to cook human flesh?

Or is that even possible?
