the thing is, people are now going to a) avoid you even more b) think in the back of their heads about your social intelligence when you think your snubbed by somebody and want to call them out on it where they do their business

i agree with everybody else, "normal" people get things like this happen to them often enough that they dont dwell on it more than a min or 2
