There are 3 Skim options ( 2 no skim )
Option #1 is a 5.00% Skim - FREE USAGE, NO BALANCE NEEDED
(Base skim is 10.00% We will deduct your *CTR. The minimum skim is 5.00%)
Option #2 is a No Skim - pay per click @ $0.06 cents per click
Option #3 is a No Skim - pay per gigabyte @ $0.40 per gigabyte (2000 started movies is approximately 1 gigabyte)
