The other posters explained it already, so I will just add that Cabbie is an ungrateful douche and he has sour grapes against Howard because Howard said he was done with him after the most recent appearance Cabbie made on the show. The only sex tape he may have is the one that he filmed with Tabitha Stevens and Ron Jeremy in Howard's studio after hours back at K-Rock when they worked on terrestrial radio in NYC. No way Howard had any sex tape with himself in it laying around for Cabbie to somehow steal, so forget that idea.
