WebAir: Todays saga
Webair control panel stopped working on one of my clients accounts and a cryptic message came up telling me to expect an email. An hour later none came so I called WebAir (because the live chat didn't work).
No hold time - fast service. Asked if it was a new account (no almost 2 years old) a few minutes later I was told to try it and it worked.
Results:
1) (jeers) WebAir control panel should not have "gone out" since I did nothing at our end to make it so.
2) (jeers) Live chat not working
3) (jeers) Not a new account and they should know that via their interface if not fix it so you know your customers better and your service is faster.
4) (jeers) Error message would have many waiting for an email which 6 hours later never showed up.
5) (cheers) Not bitching at me that my account no longer has phone support
