i noticed a very high pr site selling links for pr recently but it doesnt look like either side is penalized.
look at the bottom of
www.phpbb.com (pr9 ), those linsk must be worth gold. funny to they would link to a casino, when casino's are usually the worst for spamming phpbb forums.
