we do billing in Euro's but as far as payouts in euro's, as an affiliate program its easier to keep track of things in dollars across the board, but when the wire hits your account(i assume if you are european you would take a bank wire, over a check) it will be converted to euro no matter what.
as far as i know there are no affiliate programs operating entirely on EURO. the dollar is the standard.
