Ok fine... much respect to Ron Levi here as well (Fantasyman - CyberErotica/CECash). Long ago he bought a site from me for what to me at that time was a bit of money. I was all worried about contracts and he basically said:
"Give me your bank account & I'll wire ya half now and the other half when the domains are transferred to me" - and he did. He didn't know me from adam but he did just that.
Good honest guy to do business with. Made the transaction about as smooth as it could have possibly been.
