So back in April we moved to MojoHost for our hosting, Well I share the office with Brad so Instead of logging in and putting in support tickets i would yell upstairs (office is like a loft) and have greg do what I needed done, Well that lasted about a week before I got yelled at by Greg and Brad that I had to put in tickets so they can be documented and the Greg wasnt my full time tech and that the ticket system was put in for the fact that tickets get served in the order they are put in.
So at first I was like well ok then, But now I use the ticket system and it works out well for all of us
