Got contracts/documents that prove he owes you this money? Sell your dept to a collection agency, that's what I do every time some degenerate online gambler tries to fuck me out of money. You don't get all of what you're owed, but if it's really becomming a pain in the ass, sell the dept and then it's the collection agencys problem. Plus if he doesn't pay up, it fucks him over credit wise.
