I know there's a way to do it, but I think there's an SS7 flag that'll note it's "user-modified" caller ID info. Plus, no matter what you do the ANI will still come through with the correct info. I.e. if you call an 800 number and have caller-ID blocking enabled, they'll still get your number through ANI.
