Not sure of the name (might be a B-52), but my favourite cocktail is this made like this:
1 measure of Tia Maria, 1 measure of Baileys and 1 measure of Cointreau. Pour each measure into a glass carefully, making sure not to mix them so you have three seperate and distinct layers - Tia Maria on the bottom, Baileys in the middle and Cointreau on top.
Then set fire to the Cointreau, and drink in one go through a straw, making sure you suck up the flame as well.
I'm not kidding about the flame.
