You are intentionally spreading lies, falsely accusing a board memeber (Spiegelau) of participating in illegal activity (falsifying domain statistics and other accusiations of fraud) on GFY. This is clear and obvious defamation will not be tolerated. This is your opportunity to resolve this matter without legal expense and exposure to liability and damages.
If ALL of the offending posts are not removed within 72 hours, further legal action will be taken.
A record of all of your offending posts have been recorded for potential evidence in a civil case against you.
This will be your only warning.
I'll be contacting GFY and making them aware of the situation as well. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
If the defamation improperly accuses victim of a crime or reflected poorly on victim's profession, the court or jury may award damages.
Defamation victims may seek both actual damages to recover from the economic harm that you have suffered, and punitive damages to punish the person who made the remark and also to serve as an example to deter others.
