T-1 prices depend a great deal on where you are located geographally and how far the local loop will be from the CLEC or RBOC POP. Shop around it is a very competitive market.
One caveat only buy from a tier one vendor or you will be so aggregated that even though you have a T1 to the POP you will be choked to the Net.
