I'm using 200 gig external drives to transfer movies from work to home. I fuck with the drives for hours just to get them to read on XP. Then I take them home to my 2000PRO and BAM they fire right up. Those babies hum. I do my work, disconnect the drive, bring it back to work, and here I am fucking with them for 3 HOURS NOW, just to get it to read!!
I would love to dump the OS right the fuck now, but first. I need to save some info to a 200GIG external drive..... BUT I CAN'T EVEN GET IT TO READ!!!
