For any of you who are still wondering what exactly happened here are the details and you can take it for what it is worth.
Yes I was wrong in using the JM Titles however, everything was rectified once we had found out that their titles were in-fact on our site and we did not have permission to use them.
The DVDS in question came to be on our site because JM Productions (and/or its partner(s)) was involved with Legend at one point or another. Since legend has at least 6 studio names, which it releases it, product under, and we used to get JM stuff along with all our legend product I thought it was another studio of theirs. I was wrong!
Out of the 180 DVDS we stream about 10 of those DVDS did belong to the JM Productions company.
When I spoke with Jeff from JM today he was pretty understanding as to the mix up once we explained exactly what had happened and I would like to thank him for that.
To Mutt:
While you were right in me having JM on my site that was just about the only thing you were right about. We do not provide downloadable clips and out stuff isn?t splattered across the Internet, although I wish it were so we would be making more $$$

As for the content I license which you can put on your own sites, those are DVDS which my partners own the rights to and those are the only DVDS which I?ve attempted to sell.
To JM:
Thanks for the understanding and giving us a chance to work this out and rectify the problem
To everyone else:
We're adding a whole whack of all new content in the next coming weeks (all of which have been double checked), which you guys should love!
And in closing,
Sure you may hate or think less because of a completely honest mistake but I hardly doubt many of you would stand up here on this board and admit when you're wrong. Mistakes do happen and the best you can do is learn from it and make sure it won?t happen again, and that I can assure you it won?t ;)
