I think $650,000 is a bit low to be honest, but as long as the seller is happy who cares

I figured it to be a million dollar name as well. It's all about perception and how long you are willing to wait to sell.
I have almost 3000 names. I believe my names are worth several million, at what point others will agree is the question. Rick did not think so as he made me no offers. I personally would not have paid $400k for Iran.com or buckhead.com (buckhead.com unless it is developed is not going to do much I don't think, unless he re-sells it to the city for a million) it's all perception.
I know one thing every name I have ever sold for a decent chunk of cash, I was told I would never get that price and I always got more than they said I would ever get. Now some times I wish I had those names back I would get 2-3 times that now. But that's the way it works sell it or keep it you can't do both. Maybe I should joint venture or lease them?
I'll tell you one thing this selling names based on traffic value alone is coming to a close. The .com market is coming back big. I wrote about this on my website on the front page Cashcows.com about 5 or 6 years ago. About the domain flipping.
