Common sense would dictate that someone who is willing to, and going through the motions of filing a complaint and bringing a case against potential defendants would, first and foremost, shut the fuck up about it and let his legal team do the work rather than issuing ambiguous threats within the medium in which he was libeled.

Your constant rhetoric of, "you might be involved, be scared, flee, flee" reflects very badly and it completely undermines your case. Worst of all, it will not garner any sympathy in a court room. If a judge sees that you are attempting to intimidate the potential defendants, and even 3rd parties who won't be involved in the case, you will look like... well... a schmuck.
