The judge ruled that an anonymous critic is not entitled to any special privileges that would prevent or delay his unmasking in a lawsuit just because his comments were posted on the Internet.
Hmm... calling people bisexual and drug addicts can be libelous as well.. So yelling libel suit, then following it up with libelous insinuations kinda puts you on a level of its own...

"Uhh.. Yes your honor.. They defamed me, but I kinda defamed them too... but they did it first, so I should win."
