Ok on another note DIP SHIT I honestly wouldn't leave my 4 year old alone with any animal be it dog, cat hamster...etc. You just never know what a 4 year old may do that could be perceived as a threat to any dog, or animal for that matter. In order for you to understand this you would have to understand the social behavior of dogs, which with the responses you have been giving you obviously don't. When someone that has knowledge on a certain subject instead of thinking that you know everything and arguing every fact that you are given (which makes you look really ignorant) try listening to what they are saying you may actually learn something.
Oh by the way my when my little sister was 4-5 years old would often hang off of my rotti's neck pull on his ears and he would just sit there and take it, never in his 15 years did he ever show any unprovoked aggression towards anyone. So that kind of puts your theory in the toilet where it belongs.
You must be very careful of the pittie that I have now though, because if you get too close and allow him he may lick your face off, and stay away from his tail it kind of hurts when you get hit with it because it is usually wagging furiously. That's a way that you can tell that a dog is happy they wag their tails, another tidbit of info that could prove to be useful to you if you ever crawl out from under the rock that you have been living under for the last 37 years.
