The new media manager packed with the Desktop Manager update was pretty slick...
I use the chat prog that came loaded on my Blackberry, and it's pretty decent, supports ICQ, MSN, AIM, and Yahoo I believe... I only use MSN and ICQ on it.
The maps download is a def must have...
