Whew! Sorry for the long delay in response. I saw your thread yesterday, but I didn't want to answer until the issues with our server had been resolved.
We took down the LSC servers to make some pretty big upgrades to our products in prep for our upcoming program launch. It was scheduled maintenance on a product that isn't live yet, so the devs didn't think anything of it.
Because I let them know they left me with a whole bunch of red 'X's in the process, this lack of communication won't happen again. 
Again my sincerest apologies for anyone who felt a bit silly sporting a red 'X' banner for the last several hours because of donating your sig. We're working out the kinks, that is why we aren't live yet, to get this stuff worked out.
